Marquee Strategies LLC was founded in October 2024 in Alexandria, Pennsylvania, by two driven entrepreneurs, Jacob Rodkey and Dylan Cawley. With a shared passion for business and a vision for federal contracting, the duo embarked on this journey together. Their story began when Dylan approached Jacob with aspirations of starting a business focused on fulfilling the needs of the U.S. government. Combining their complementary skills, Jacob’s business acumen and military experience as a U.S. Army Service Member with Dylan’s strategic insights, they devoted countless hours to planning and developing a solid foundation for their venture. As partners, they are committed to working collaboratively, ensuring that every decision aligns with their shared vision.
